ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЙ ПОРТАЛ велосипедного движения Беларуси

Форум «ПраРовар» –  ежегодная встреча экспертов, представителей власти, бизнеса и активистов, заинтересованных в развитии велосипедного движения в Беларуси.

Первый форум «ПраРовар» состоялся в Минске в 2017 году и собрал более 200 участников из 5 стран и 30 городов Беларуси! Уже первый форум показал, что велоактивизм в Беларуси есть не только в областных городах, но и в менее крупных населённых пунктах. Поэтому важнейшим принятым участниками решением было укрепить  взаимодействие внутри сети велосипедных организаций. 

Второй форум прошел осенью 2018 года в Бресте, где доля поездок на велосипеде даже выше, чем в Минске. К тому же, именно в этом городе самая развитая велоинфраструктура в стране. На форум было подано 239 заявок, а на нем самом показано 63 презентации. Именно этот «ПраРовар» собрал самое большое число иностранных участников.

В 2019 году эстафету перенял Гомель как город с одним из самых активных  общественных объединений велосипедистов в Беларуси. Запомнился форум тем, что был полностью поддержан Гомельским областным исполнительным комитетом, а на вступительной сессии выступил председатель Гомельского городского исполнительного комитета Петр Кириченко. Также в рамках форума состоялось тестирование байкшеринга и впервые был проведен флешмоб.

Цель  форума: создать площадку для знакомства и обмена опытом между различными сторонами, вовлечёнными в развитие велодвижения. Форум позволяет получить знания о том, как развивать городское велодвижение, договориться о совместных действиях, синхронизироваться.

The bicycle forum PraRovar is dedicated to the development of cycling at the city and national levels. It is a prime annual urban cycling conference in Belarus.

The first bicycle forum PraRovar hold on 24-26 November 2017 in Minsk and gather about 200 participants from 5 countries and 30 cities. The first forum has already shown that there is bicycle activism in Belarus not only in regional cities, but also in smaller settlements. Therefore, the most important decision made by the participants was to strengthen interaction within the network of cycling organizations.

The second forum was held in Brest in 2018, where the share of bicycle rides is even higher than in Minsk. In addition, this city has the most developed bike infrastructure in the country. 239 applications were submitted to the forum and 63 presentations were shown at it. That PraRovar gathered the largest number of foreign participants.

In 2019 Gomel took over as a city with one of the most active public associations of cyclists in Belarus. The forum was remembered for the fact that it was fully supported by the Gomel Regional Executive Committee. And at the opening session the chairman of the Gomel City Executive Committee Petr Kirichenko made a speech. Also, within the framework of the forum, bike sharing was tested and a flash mob was held for the first time.
